How It Works

The Four Step Process - Step 2

The second step during that first appointment is to have you hit some shots with your own clubs whilst we analyze the shot information using a launch monitor. That information will determine such things as your exact launch angle of the golf ball, your clubhead speed, what spin rate you achieve with different clubs & many other pieces of information that will give us a very clear picture of not only how your clubs perform but what is necessary to make your game so much better.

We can then start putting together a combination of head, shaft & grip more suitable to your game. We use a golf club demo system called ‘Club-Conex.’ It is a system which allows instant changeability between heads & shafts. For example; based on your swing speed & strength we will fit a particular type of shaft to a particular type of head based on your shot pattern performance. Clear comparisons can then be made between the performance of the new club against that of the old, again using information from the launch monitor.

During this initial process we will also be looking at the correct lie angles of your clubs, the overall weight & swingweight & of course the most suitable length of the clubs. All in all, this first session incorporating steps one & two will take approximately 2 hours,
